All minor loose threads, irregular fold wrinkled, rippled and crumpled color slightly differs from the pictures shown on the website are not returnable & exchangeable.
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with original packaging and condition (for both local and international orders) and all are subject to availability.
Any exchange of items is subject to the same design, same color and size within 3 days of receiving the goods provided. If there is any price difference, customers need to top up the remaining difference.
The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. We also are not liable for any involving cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
The returned item must reach our premises within a week from the date of notification.The returned item will be checked and once approved by the QC/QA team, the customer will receive their exchange within 14 days after the confirmation.
